Yeah, I think it can be valuable to question things like this, Shannen. It's definitely helpful to have something to talk about.
And I don't have a strong feeling about who could be Mafia either. However I do think it's possible either Lo or Emily or maybe both of them, might be overplaying the confusion. It's not a very strong read though. They could both just be confused.

I think Lo and Em are at least to some extent genuinely confused regardless of alignment. I could see either playing it up, though.

Lo probably more so than Emzy, I'm very confused and I can see Emzy being genuinely confused to. Lo is too sneaky and would play on it regardless, she's def done it before.

Yeah, they definitely could be genuinely confused, but exaggerating about being confused has sometimes been Emily's MO, when she was Mafia. I am not quite sure, if Lo actually does this when she is Mafia, though. I think she might have usually appeared more helpful when she was Mafia. And she might just really not have had much time to play.
I don't really know one way or the other with anybody else. I am still having a hard time reading both hydra players, although it was a little better when it became obvious Renee was talking for Rala. And I think lots of people just haven't said much at all.

I think I have seen both Em and Lo play up being confused as Mafia in the past. And I think Lo is just busy today; hopefully she will be around more later.
I am reading both hydrae as town right now. It may help that I am generally having a fairly easy time figuring out who is talking.
