Awelle, I think it's because they would, for example, be whacked or learn their role together, but it's just one of them (Renee I think) making the list.

Well we need to get this sorted out. At the moment we are both the lead to get whacked and the lead to get our role. Seems counter productive. So it's about time that I make a list. Which I will do in a moment.  It sounds as if you are using pluralis majestatis when referring to yourself at first, but when it comes to making a list that vanishes.  Lol it's confusing. |

If we restore multiple townies' memories, it will give the scum a dilemma about who to kill. And whether to kill them, really. Because the restored townies could just be fruit vendors! But we can only restore one townie's memory at a time can't we? And before we can do the next one, Mafia has a chance to kill. They could be fruit vendors, but that's also true for everybody else. We don't even know, if we are a fruit vendor or not. |

If a townie is killed the night after learning their role, they still get to use it publicly.

Yeah, the mafia can kill rattled townies, but they may not, which may give them extra uses of their powers, and I see no disadvantage.

I don't see a disadvantage either, just not as much of an advantage as I hoped there would be. It would be nice if we were able to nominate to distinct players and it would be randomly chosen which one gets their memory back, so Mafia couldn't know for sure. Or if the restored memory player would be protected from a night kill for one night. |

Yeah. xD But while they don't have the nightkill protection, they can still use their power publicly if killed the night after nomination, which has a somewhat similar effect.
