Only on a full moon night, yeah. But when is it full moon? Do we know? Full moon is every other night -- and we are supposed to be told. So night 2, 4, 6 etc. |

Town of Salem has werewolves as coming up as Town to investigation on odd nights and Werewolf to investigation on even nights (full moon)... I don't know for sure if cop gets exactly that.

Werewolves are nice happy people who wouldn't dream of hurting anyone, however when the full moon is out all they can think about is ripping guts outs. So when the full moon is out they may try to lock themselves up in hopes of not killing anyone.
Of course some people use the full moon as an excuse to rid if their enemies.
When there is no full moon, however, they are everyday people with no way of killing.
