Skelda was active when it seemed like Alleen hinted at bring a PR, even used it to make them more suspicious, it'd make sense for him to person to sufgest they get killed in the first place.
I'm not a fan of the follow the cop tactic even as the cop in question, but it doesn't make any sense for Roset as scum to even suggest it.
