This is a very nice forum. I know this is not a question, it is a comment -- but still...it is a very nice forum.

Can I post? I am going to post (you can delete this once you address my question, or I can do it lol). With ties, wouldn't it also be acceptable to take the two people (or however many) that are in the tie, and say that only those certain people can be voted for to break it? (I'm going to answer this here and put it in one of my posts over in my thread as well, then delete your post over there.) That sounds acceptable, as long as you are very clear about how you are handling it. Would the next person to vote break the tie, or would there be a new deadline set for voting within the tie?

I would make it, in that scenario, that you give a time frame, and everyone but the two that are up for whacking, can vote, whoever has the most votes at the end of deadline goes.

Lol, triple post.
Yeah, I think that's what I'd advise as well.

What I would not do is randomize the tie. Because that could leave the game up to a randomizer.

I like randomizing ties!

It forces people to take action. I have never had to randomize one. If there is a tie, then I say I am randomizing, both alignments tend to get in there and do work.
