I don't think it's Alleen because she opened the vote, she could only do that as long as her buddy is around and it's risky. If it's Alleen though it can't be Choco. So the only Alleen possibility is Alleen - Zinnia

Skelda - Choco and Skelda - Zinnia makes sense to me.

But, I had a town read on Zinnia. Which could be wrong, but I don't want to fully discard it. Without my result, Zinnia would be the best whack. Now Zinnia, Choco and Skelda are equally okay to whack. Which is a problem because there can't be three scum
