Basically all PRs offered to town can be blocked by the mafia strongman. Godfather screws up town cop's ability and ninja makes tracker/watcher useless.
I don't know which one to go with but I agree with Legend that an investigative role plus a roleblock role can do more benefit to town but I've never played this setup before so what do I know.

Pretty sure mafia would have chosen strongman since players can't be protected. The ninja can dodge the watcher/tracker.

They really shouldn’t be picking Godfather, is what I mean. And even if they did one goon can still be found by investigating. Cop is the logical right choice.
