We have a maximum of 12 out of these 44 roles, unless there's doubles.
Since people like percentages. That's 27% of these roles.

Now, in a perfect world, which is good to go by...
We have 7.5 townies
We have 2.4 Mafia
We have 1.08 Harmless
We have 0.75 Harmful.
Now; Let me translate that to something that makes sense.

8 Townies, 2 mafia and one of each of the other ones.
And that seems quite balanced.

Now, we can use biased thoughts here to detect some of the things.
There's probably a plaguebearer if there were any tweaks. People constantly talk about it.
8 townies, 2 mafia, 1 plaguebearer and a threatening third.

What else can we do?... With the plaguebearer being potentially harmful for town, although not being considered a threat... I think we should look at the harmless thirds for another role. So there either is a Jester, a Mason or a whacker.
I see alleen being thrown a bone. So probably the Jester but we should watch out for whacker behavior. I have heard that masons suck so that's probably not in here if Emily can help it?

For the mafia, the odds are biggest there's a poisoner or a strongman in some sense. They are together almost half of the pool. So let's say there's 1 of those two. I think strongman over poisoner but that's a feeling. Since there was a question about it, there's probably a Wendigo/murder convertor in here.

For town, I won't do this analysis. Have fun doing your own, criminal scum!

If I had to guess, we probably have 3 Mafia in a game of 12, and 1 third (harmful or no)

The stats say otherwise, hence why I went with them. BUT since the harmful is low on the mean, and the mafia scores a perfect half... it could be translated to 3 and 0. I  agree.

This cursed infection can be spread through you visiting one creature per night. Then, the infection can be spread through creatures visiting you, creatures visiting the infected and the infected visiting others. Infected players will not know of their infection but you will know all who have been infected and once all town members are infected, you will turn into a Pestilence when you sap all their cursed energy at once. As a pestilence, the newfound God of the Hecatoncheires Apocolypse, you will gain a 1-shot randomized power that cannot be role-blocked or prevented upon use. Your power could be Cop, Doctor, Roleblocker, Jailkeeper, Vigilante, Rolecop, Bulletproof, whackproof, Mimic.
Win Condition: Become Pestilence.
