I believe the misfortune doc protects against poison, but not kills. I could be wrong on that though. If the misfortune doc is included, then I would assume their is a plaguebearer as well. Ewww I hate cults.

I dont think its impossible for their to be a useless doctor in her game making that person feel important when theyre really just a vt...

I dont think shed put a plaguer without a way to heal them though.
