If they're likely to be on soon, you could still start it. It's been done before with games where decisions are being awaited and discards are put up and the blanks are just filled when they appear.
But I just personally prefer to wait and get it all at once. So hopefully they pop on soon.

Things had been happy at the Bluewater Village Toy Store for a while, until that horrific incident one day.
One of the most popular toys, the 1:6 scale Captain America action figure, had gone missing. Fingers (and other plasticky appendages) were pointed, until it was discovered that Cap was shelved in the stock room. Why? Poor sales? He was flying off the shelves just the past week! Factory defects? Nothing that toys had heard of. Jealousy? Maybe.
In any case, the toy denizens want to know what's going on. And if they have to threaten sending someone to the bargain bin, then so be it.
It is now Day 1
With 12 alive, it takes 7 to whack.
You must avenge the injustice done to Captain America.
I'll be putting up discards on the front page shortly.
