I am guaranteeing the town player who doesn't get picked by Emily will continue in the game No, I don't think that's a good idea. Emily is not going to tell us whether she she decides to pick someone she thinks is scummy, or someone she thinks is more townie. She could play it either way and either way has its merits and risks. The rest of us will not know the remaining gentleman's alignment until he flips. We can't exactly ask Keyen to keep him in the game after the flip if he's town, as nice as that would be. This is assuming that we leave Emily with the last choice, which I think is the current consensus. I don't think that is what Lala means. I understood it as the lonely gentleman will die. Then they will replace Lala and take whatever her role is now. That is why mafia can't replace her, they will already know for sure who was bad with them. This makes me think she's town. Cause if she's mafia, anyone would be able to replace her, not just town since it wouldn't matter if the person knew who was scum if they are scum again

But that could happen with any partner Oh yeah, for sure; and possibly by mistake. I just think that it's one of the things we need to consider when examining the why and why-not of who chooses whom and when.

I don't know if scum cares at this moment if choco is town or not to pile on him. They just want to secure a dance for themselves (likely with a townsperson instead of another scum).
It could be that Emily is going to be faced with two townspeople. In fact, it probably is going to be that way. Scum might want Emily to pick town-Choco because they know later they can make him look suspicious -- especially if he doesn't post much. So they might want someone else to get cast aside first.
At least that's what I'd want if I were scum. Keep the ones who are likely to be more suspicious down the road.

I, Gentleman Alleen, want to ask the beautiful lady, Sam, for the dance and if you let me I will teach you the cha-cha-cha and the foxtrot and the salsa.... I, Lady Sami, humbly and happily submit to the charms of Gentleman Alleen as they can no longer be denied. I curtsy before your dashing demeanor and accept your invitation for dancing lessons.

This also makes me think Rosey swings town -- since she is dateless right now. If she were scum, she'd probably already have asked someone.

Unless she changed her mind when I admitted that I don't know how to cha-cha. Aah, part of love is learning to accept your partners shortcomings and developing a solution to them together, as a team. Never giving up on each other. Being a breakwater for them against troubles in life. Or, in Kitty’s case, jilting them for the first banana that sidles slickly towards her with a Casanova complex.

Really good point; but it depends on who is scum and how far in advance they are able to anticipate their moves, not to mention how much they think they'll be able to manipulate town.

I don't think that is what Lala means. Okay, you're probably right. I was interpreting what Lala was saying as two separate conditions, one being the topic of whether she would be replaced and the other being the idea that the lone gentleman townie would remain in the game. I see now how it could be the same thing.

Well, now. If that's what Lala meant, then I don't understand why Keyen would not agree to it.

I don't think I can play this game anymore guys School doesn't allow me to I'm happy that everyone's talking about me though but I just couldn't do it at the moment. I thought Keyen said this session would last for roughly 48 hours?

Choco, thank you so much for explaining. Yes, it does last 48 hours, but the pre-dance session is an important time for the players to participate, analyze, discuss and evaluate each other. If you are unable to be active now, but you can be active later, can you at least express some of your thoughts while you're here and ask someone to dance?

Well, now. If that's what Lala meant, then I don't understand why Keyen would not agree to it. 1. Keyen did not say. 2. I have to stay with my original decision. 3. If the person who is not chosen flips town, I will let them replace me instead of Skelda, Caro, Vul, etc. if Keyen will allow that. That is what I meant, I hope that makes sense. I will also continue to play to the best of my ability if no one is able to substitute for me. I'm fine with that as well.
