I got the vest from Rosey -- I believed that having to be forced to admit you are doctor would be more horrible for town than mafia. And especially if her weak/weakinsane/etc. are true, that would work for SK or town, not Mafia.

I didn't fully trust her until I got my vest.

Giving townies working doctors would be horrible for mafia.
