Welcome to Hard Boiled Mafia where rugged detectives and heroic gangsters play against each other!

Roles:
3 Mafia Goons
7 Vanilla Townies
1 Tracker/Vigilante
1 Hider
1 Detective OR Psychologist (determined randomly)
Mechanics:
Daystart
The Tracker/Vigilante chooses on Night 1 which role they would like to be.
The Hider dies if it hides with a Mafia Goon or a Vigilante, or if the person it hides behind dies.
The Detective targets a player and finds out if that player has killed another player or not.
The Psychologist targets a player and finds out if they have the potential to kill, but if the player has already killed, the psychologist will get a negative result.
I need 13 players. If we don't get 13 I'll host a different setup.
We will probably start late thursday or early friday.

Rules:
1. All votes must be clearly stated in the form of Vote: Caro or VOTE: CARO. Any other votes will be ignored.
2. Unvotes must be bolded/capitalized as well, and must be shown as either Unvote: Caro or just Unvote.
3. I will use the hammer mechanic. Once someone has a majority of votes, they will be whacked as soon as I update the thread. Any Unvoting once a majority has been reached will not count. However, gameplay, including by the recently whacked player, may continue after a majority is reached but before I post the official whacking.
4. In the event of a tie, the player who held the most votes the longest will be whacked.
5. Roles will be revealed upon death.
6. Dead players are allowed to talk during the Day, but please do not influence the game in any way and keep discussion limited. Vote counts are very welcomed though.
7. If I send anything to you privately, do not copy and paste it into the thread. This includes your role PM.
8. Do not edit the content of posts! All information that you post must be visible to everyone.
9. Do not use small, hard to read text, or invisible text.
10. Do not talk in code to other players.
11. Failure to post after 24 hours will result in being replaced.
12. Days and Nights will last as long as I see fit, but I will try to keep nights as short as possible. Make sure to send in your night actions early. If I don't receive any actions I will skip them.
13. Be kind and courteous to all other players. No fighting in the thread!
14. Enjoy yourselves! We do this for fun, remember that!
